Project Manager, Client Services (Bi-lingual Arabic & English language mandatory)

Purpose / Summary of key responsibilities:

 

Reporting into the Regional MENA Team Leader, Project Management - Client Services, the primary role is for a bi-lingual Arabic and English language speaker based in Dubai to be a Project Manager to manage their own projects from clients of Toluna MENA. This will involve direct project management work and may include Sample Services projects as well as Assisted DIY projects using QuickSurveys and/or TolunaAnalytics.

Key will be to work as part of a team focused on delighting clients with delivery against their needs

A Toluna Project Manager is the point of liaison for their projects between external and internal team members who may be based in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will need to be able to find solutions in the day-to-day business in order to assure the best possible service to the client and project delivery to the company.

 

Key objectives:

    Responsible for the delivery of projects:

    • Responsible for the delivery of processes across their projects
    • Meeting the timeline expectations while maintaining Toluna’s high quality standards
    • Ensuring smooth running and timely delivery of all projects
    • Meeting client and sales requirements on projects
    • Monitor 3rd party suppliers for FS/SO projects including translations / coding / scripting as required

    Back up other departments:

    • Working closely with Scripting, QA and Data Processing and all other internal teams to ensure that all projects can be scheduled and delivered.
    • Ensure smooth relationship with the Sales, Panel and Supply groups.

    Update and support for the Regional team:

    • Provide a weekly report.

     

    Responsibilities & Tasks

      Responsibilities:

      • Remain updated with the status and requirements of the projects
      • Ensure that all project dates and requirements are communicated and updated to all parties (clients/Panel team/PMA/scripters/coders/DP team)
      • Participating in project Kick-Off calls for key projects to define project scope and specification to support the understanding of project and client requirements
      • Advising sales and clients on best timings and project feasibility
      • Immediately flag any potential issues / concerns that can affect either the Client Service team or projects
      • Ensure all parties are fully aware and ready to meet any project delivery requirements.
      • Ability to back up the Team Leader by taking on some or any task that they need help with to deliver a project in their absence
      • Coordinate workload and exchange best practice processes to develop enhancements in Toluna’s Global project delivery capabilities

      Tasks:

      • Maintaining and updating the reporting documents
      • Up-to-date on project and client requirements
      • Support the project allocation according to complexity and clients.
      • Ability to manage projects where necessary in support of overall workloads
      • Ensure holidays are planned in such a way as not to threaten consistent service provision.
      • Ensure that the Customer Satisfaction requests are sent in a timely manner and any quality team queries are answered promptly.

      The tasks and responsibilities are subject to change according to the business needs and management requests.

      Requirements:

      • Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English languages
      • Experience in the Online /Mobile Market Research environment
      • Very good knowledge & understanding of Project Management so that the sales /client, and the team can be questioned / advised / supported as the occasion demands
      • Sound knowledge of tools (scripting/ coding/ panel partners) used within Toluna
      • Good understanding of deliverable (Sample /Data) requirements of clients
      • Proactive and hands-on approach with a ‘can-do’ attitude
      • Excellent communication and Customer Service orientation skills.
      • Some late working hours based on team and business requirements may be required.
      • Available for business travel
