Account Executive

We are looking to recruit an Account Executive, to support sales staff by managing multiple online assignments for marketing research and consulting clients by establishing a relationship with them and becoming an expert in understanding their research needs.

Job Summary: 

The Account Executive will be responsible for dealing with clients on a daily basis; you will assess projects regarding their suitability as an online study, before providing a full pricing proposal. In meeting their objectives, the Account Executive will meet clients, develop proposals, manage clients and review deliverable prior to forwarding to client.


Responsibilities:  Include, but are not limited to:

  • Support new & existing businesses;
  • Providing sales support to outbound sales people;
  • Support the development and maintenance of client relationships across sales territories;
  • Provide smooth transitions to Client Services on projects sold;
  • Smoothly transitioning clients to appropriate Client Service team member after projects are sold;
  • Educating potential clients about online Marketing Research and Toluna;
  • Sales support for outbound sales people;
  • Keeping a pulse of the progress of projects and follow up with clients in an effort to develop ongoing relationships and
  • maintain and repeat business;
  • Assist in uncover new business opportunities.
  • Ensure all business administrative tasks are completed
  • Conducting project feasibility assessments
  • Decision making on Sample selection and  outgo based on demographic requirements
  • Using panel management tools to pre select profiled panelists from profiling surveys
  • Managing vendors/ panel-partners engaged on project delivery for Toluna, setting their expectations, and communicating all our needs effectively

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Market Research Experience;
  • Demonstrated strong analytical/problem solving, organisation skills;
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exhibits resourcefulness, flexibility, creativity, versatility ;
  • Numeracy skills;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Effective communications skills - oral, written and presentation;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and multitask various projects;
  • Effective time management;
