Toluna CEO, Frederic Charles Petit participated in a panel discussion at the 2012 Annual ESOMAR Conference alongside executives from Survey Monkey, Google Surveys, Facebook and the Nielsen Company to provide insight into their visions for the future of the market research industry in 2020.
In Frederic’s vision for the future, the most seismic shift from the current paradigm will be in how everyday consumers collect and analyze data for their own use. Consumer generated research will merge with market research about consumers resulting in the democratization of data.
