Peter Shafer Re-Joins Toluna as Vice President, Digital Solutions

Shafer Appointed to Lead Digital Sales of the Company’s Leading End-to-End Real-Time Insights Platform

Wilton, Conn., December 12, 2017 –   Toluna, leading provider of on-demand digital consumer insights and the industry’s first end-to-end automated insights platform, is pleased to announce the re-hiring of a pivotal key staffer, Peter Shafer, to lead the company’s North American Digital Solutions practice. 

Shafer’s appointment signals the continued client adoption of automation, and next-generation digital insights solutions.  In his role, Shafer will work with existing and new enterprise clients, expanding their use of all types of tools to improve overall insight development.

Shafer held several leadership positions with Toluna between 2011 and 2016 and was most recently a partner at the Brunswick Group, a strategic consultancy.  Before joining Toluna, Mr. Shafer was the CEO of KRC Research and Vice President of Client Development at Harris Interactive as well holding roles at the Gallup Organization.   Mr. Shafer rejoins Toluna, using his 20 years of sales, research, and technology leadership to help clients transform their digital research programs.
