Ted Clark joins Toluna as Vice President, North American Client Services

WILTON, CT, July 8, 2014: Leading online research and survey technology provider, Toluna, today announced the hire of Ted Clark as Vice President, North American Client Services.

Ted joins Toluna with 13 years of diverse experience in the industry, on both the client and supplier sides of research.  This experience facilitates a consultative approach to setup and execution, ensuring potential issues are discovered and addressed before they have a chance to impact results.

Most recently, Ted served as Vice President, Operations of The Pert Group, where he led the execution of many large global studies, as well as restructured the internal project delivery system to tie accountability to subject matter knowledge.  This new approach improved the overall client experience all while decreasing errors.  Prior to working for Pert, Ted held positions at JD Power & Associates, Greenfield Online and SSI.

In his role at Toluna, Ted will be responsible for overseeing the Client Service department in North America, partnering closely with Sales to ensure high quality and timely delivery to our clients.

Ted is based in Toluna’s US headquarters in Wilton, CT.
