ITWP Hires HR Director for EMEA to Accelerate Growth across the region

Alida Cesani joins ITWP from executive position at Oakam

London, UK -- December X, 2018 -- ITWP, parent holding-company of Toluna and Harris Interactive Europe, today announced that human resources veteran, Alida Cesani, has joined as Human Resources Director for EMEA. She will be based in London, UK and will lead the people strategy for Toluna and Harris Interactive, subsidiary companies of ITWP.

Cesani brings a wealth of experience in multinational environments and will be working with the leadership teams across the region to drive the people strategy for Toluna and Harris Interactive.

“Alida’s success in working in fast-paced, multicultural environments was a great fit for the ITWP brands. The investment in an HR Director for EMEA  will make sure our people strategy is put at the centre of everything we do,” said ITWP managing director for Europe and MENA, Paul Twite. “Investing in our teams is a key part of delivering our substantial growth plans in 2019 and beyond.”

Most recently, Cesani was Head of HR at Oakam and prior to that Human Resources Business Partner at IG, responsible for the People Agenda for sales and operations in UK, US, and EMEA. Previously, she served as Human Resources Manager at Doka, involved in multinational HR projects while heading up the Italian HR function.

Cesani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences from the University of Milan and is a Certified Master in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and in SHL Occupational Testing.
