Toluna has over 1,400 employees across 19 offices in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific and Toluna works with many of the world’s leading market research agencies, media agencies and corporations. This role is in the UK Market Research Sales Team, based in Ealing, West London

The role is to support sales staff by managing multiple online assignments for Corporate clients by working with the Account Director and their team to understand their research & data needs.

Specific responsibilities include:

  •  Support existing clients with the creation & logging of project feasibility & pricing
  •  Follow up on project bids to help win them
  •  Support clients to clear invoicing for projects delivered
  •  Support the development and maintenance of client relationships across sales territories
  •  Smoothly transitioning clients to appropriate Client Service team member after projects are won
  •  Educating potential clients about online Market Research and Toluna
  •  Keeping track of progress of projects and follow up with clients in an effort to develop ongoing relationships and maintain and repeat business
  •  Implementing client surveys on Toluna self service platforms
  •  Creation & delivery of basic client data / output requirements (excel, PPT etc)
  •  Update all systems including CRM and ensure all administration is completely accurate
  •  Continuously develop skills and knowledge including participating in all ongoing Toluna training as required.
  •  Work as part of a high performing team

Candidate Specifications:

  •  Interest in Market Research, technology and business decisions based on insight
  •  Ability to thrive in a target driven and fast paced environment
  •  Able to handle large volume of requests with tight turnaround requirements
  •  Well organised with excellent time management skills
  •  Positive attitude with a natural problem solving approach
  •  Exhibits resourcefulness, flexibility, creativity, versatility
  •  Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  •  Exemplary attention to detail
  •  Effective communications skills - oral, written and presentation;
  •  Strong interpersonal skills to develop quick rapport in a team setting and establish solid credibility with clients, vendors and cross-functional teams
  •  Demonstrated ability to work independently and multitask various projects
  •  Strong knowledge of MS Excel required
  •  Bachelor's degree preferable
