To complete our team in SouthEast Asia, we are looking for a Research Manager to join our SEA team This position is open in our Singapore office.


The Role:

The Research Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing market research studies.  This includes project scheduling and execution; questionnaire preparation and assistance with project design; reporting and analysis; client management; and serving as a liaison with internal and external operations teams.




  • Manages all search projects tasks—questionnaire design, fieldwork coordination, and interpretation of the data through reporting and analysis.
  • Assists in the research design and proposal process and counsel with clients, to ensure successful and efficient project completion
  • Ensures that all internal team members understand the projects’ expected outcomes, and monitors the progress of each project at each stage to ensure successful completion
  • Demonstrates project management skills
  • Assists with proposal development and research design
  • Helps drive actionable results and insights from the data collected



  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent related experience 
  • 3+ years market research experience executing quantitative research studies
  • Experience across a variety of methodologies
  • Client management experience 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client service oriented 
  • Highly motivated, able to work within tight deadlines and under pressure 
  • Experience with SPSS

  • Experience managing through problems—identifying causes and developing solutions 
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail 

This position is reporting directly to the Senior Director, SEA
