Toluna and Harris Interactive are fast-growing market research technology and services organization in need for an experienced creative director.  This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated and talented leadership team.

WHO YOU ARE:

We are seeking a dynamic, creative and passionate individual to lead the creative direction of all the ITWP brands.  The successful candidate will provide a holistic vision for ITWP branding, bringing a consistent, modern look and feel across all brands.  You are able outline creative concepts and execute in a flawless and innovative way.

An ideal candidate has deep experience creating compelling stories, crafting brand identities and launching them globally.  You are a multi-faceted creative director with a strong background in design and copy. You are a professional storyteller and can position brands in market through creative.

You have worked with both B2B and B2C brands. 

We are a fast-moving organization and the ideal candidate should be a self-starter capable of juggling many challenging projects and comfortable in a player/coach role.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Evolve, own and iterate on the brand visual identity, tone and voice for ITWP brands
  • Implement a compelling visual language across every brand touch point
  • Create ITWP’s brand style guidelines and lead any rebranding efforts as needed—constantly ensuring our visual identity and voice are representative of our brand positioning
  • Redefine the digital footprint of ITWP, recreating the web design experience
  • Provide creative leadership to campaigns, events, content, design and video teams in a hands-on/executional way.
  • Deliver engaging copy that has the ability to both inspire and educate across a variety of channels, including advertising, website, social, and email
  • Guide the creative process from start to finish—working closely with Production, Creative Services, and UX, while ensuring even the most minute detail is thought through and ladders up to the larger creative strategy.
  • Work closely with internal and external creative agencies to ensure all work produced aligns with the brand vision and is scalable across all channels.
  • Direct internal photo and video shoots of our events

     

    WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • 12+ years of proven success as a creative director, with at least 3 years of agency experience
  • Web-design experience with an understanding of HTML/CSS/Flash, understanding of UX/UI.
  • Ability to present design vision and philosophy in a compelling and simple way.
  • Fluency in and appreciation of the steps involved in content creation, including TV production, video editing, web streaming, social media and digital advertising.
  • Have built brands in the technology, SaaS or B2B space in addition to developing consumer creative.
  • Multidisciplinary i.e. a creative/art director, designer and storyteller all rolled into one. There will be equal emphasis on design and copy expertise
  • You must be innovative, creative, dedicated and possess high energy.
  • You must be capable to work effectively and collaborate across multiple groups such as R&D, Product, Sales and Operations.
  • Be a leader and create a positive and motivating work environment that encourages feedback, innovation and collaboration.
  • Bilingual applicants a plus
