What is an Omnibus Survey?
Omnibus surveys provide those seeking information about markets and opinions with a means to get quick, relatively low cost answers to their questions. An Omnibus enables you to conduct a number of interviews with a targeted group on a regular basis: these interviews combine a number of standard questions which are always asked such as demographic information (age, sex, occupation).

Omnibus Guidelines
A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 questions can be asked per end-client. Questions can contain simple skipping and piping. Complex or specialised requests may require a custom study. Question-types include: yes/no answer choice, single/multi select, grids, ranking questions, attribute lists, open-ended questions. Graphics and images and videos can be included.

Deliverables
We provide un-weighted data but take steps through quota sampling to ensure that select, specified characteristics of respondents more or less reflect those of either the general or online populations. At times, some of our omnibus clients thereafter weight data to bring figures for variables such as age, sex, education, region and household income into line with their actual proportions in the population. We do not provide this service. Deliverables are provided with cross tabulations by age, gender, region, marital status, number of children in household, household income and employment status. All demographic banners will be provided in English language. In addition to word files, we deliver data in ASCII, SPSS and Excel format at an additional charge.
