    Biografia

    Frédéric’s mission is to revolutionize the way brands and consumers engage with one another, with the ultimate objective of transforming the market research industry into a real-time, mass market and social experience.  Today ITWP helps companies anywhere in the world make clearer business decisions by bringing brands and people together via its streamlined research platform and the world’s largest social voting community, Toluna.com.  

    Frédéric, and his team, acquired several companies over the course of Toluna’s development, and has grown the company from one individual based in Paris, to a global company of more than 1,200 staff in 21 offices on 4 continents.

    Frédéric is an industry visionary, and speaks often among industry leaders about the transformation of market research, impacts of automation and more.

    Frédéric holds a Master’s degree in comparative jurisprudence from New York University and a diploma in advanced studies in international economic law from the Sorbonne in Paris (D. E. A.). He practiced as a French lawyer in the corporate department of Allen & Overy’s Paris office, before establishing Toluna in May 2000.

  • Jim Fredrickson
    Chief Operations Officer

    Jim è entrato in Toluna come Group Chief Operations Officer nel dicembre 2011. La nomina sottolinea l'impegno costante di Toluna per fornire dati di alta qualità per i sondaggi e una migliore esperienza del cliente. Il suo background nel campo, l'impegno per la qualità e una conoscenza approfondita delle necessità dei clienti rappresentano un grande vantaggio per la clientela mondiale.  Recentemente, Jim è stato Presidente dei Servizi Interattivi IPSOS per il Nord America, dove era responsabile di tutte le ricerche di mercato online realizzate in Nord America. Prima di lavorare per IPSOS, Jim ha passato più di 20 anni presso Harris Interactive, con il titolo di Executive Vice President, Global Research Operations.   Durante il tempo in cui ha occupato la sua posizione in Harris, Jim è stato responsabile della globalizzazione delle Operazioni e dello sviluppo delle possibilità di ricerca di mercato online. Ha una laurea in Scienze matematiche e Scienze informatiche della State University of New York College di Brockport.     Biografia

    Pierre joined Toluna in 2015 and serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Pierre comes to us with many years finance experience and was previously the Investment Manager at Verlinvest, as well as Senior Conslutant for Ernst & Young.

  • Frank Smadja
    Vice Presidente Senior di Ricerca e Sviluppo

    Biografia

    Frank è Vicepresidente dalla Ricerca e Sviluppo per Toluna e guida il settore R&D condotto dal sito di social voting toluna.com. Frank possiede una grande competenza in analisi di testo e community. Prima di entrare in Toluna, è stato co-fondatore di RawSugar, un social bookmarking start-up che ha diffuso per primo la realizzazione di ricerche modellate sui tag degli utenti. Ha precedentemente lavorato per Bellcore, Lehman Brothers ed altre start-up dove ha risolto molteplici problemi aziendali grazie a una scelta di tecnologie esclusive e coinvolgenti. Tra i meriti di Frank ci sono svariati brevetti, pubblicazioni, capitoli di libri e partecipazioni come relatore in conferenze di primo piano.   • Nitin Patel
    Chief Technology Officer

    Biografia

    Nitin Patel, CTO will focus his efforts on strategic and horizontal technical topics. He will spend much more time with the Operations and Supply teams on automation and optimization of our community.  Nitin will also lead technical discussions with partners and customers to find technology solutions, he will be the technical contact for Nielsen and NPD,  he will work on multiple aspects such as cost, licensing, architecture, etc.

    Nitin has led the UPS and TEF teams for years as well as many other important initiatives such as the NPD contract and deliverables.  Nitin is known for his ability to focus on tiny coding details while still having the big picture in mind, he can talk to customers while debugging code and this is going to be very helpful for him looking forward.

    Executive Vice President of Global Business Development

    Biografia

    As Executive Vice President of Global Business Development, Jay Rampuria leads all business development strategy for the company.  His focus is to drive long-term partnerships with the world's largest Advertisers, along with new product development through innovative client and data partnerships.

    With nearly 20 years of leadership experience between Early Stage / Venture Backed Companies (RightNow, Island Data, Intelliseek/BuzzMetrics, and Unmetric), as well as, Large Enterprise Organizations (EDS, Nielsen, McKinsey, and Accenture), Jay brings considerable senior Sales and Account Management expertise in advertising, digital, social media, and text analytics, having partnered with some of the world's largest Brands and Agencies.

    Before Toluna, Jay was Global Head of Client Development at Unmetric, where he led all commercial aspects of the business, including sales, major account management and partnerships across the world. Before that, he was a Partner within the Accenture’s Interactive business unit and prior to that helped to found and lead the Americas’ Sales and Account Management organization for NM Incite (a JV between Nielsen and McKinsey). 

    He is a graduate from the University of Oklahoma where he received a BBA in Finance and Management Information Systems (MIS).

    Kyle Kim-Hays is Toluna's Executive Vice President for Global Digital Marketing. He has built and executed innovative marketing and product strategies as a senior executive at diverse companies ranging from Microsoft and Verizon to Warner Bros. and American Express.  Kyle brings a unique and consistent record of successfully engaging millions of consumers around the world and driving business results by effectively leveraging new and emerging technologies.  His academic credentials include an undergraduate degree from the University of California at Irvine and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

  • Anne-Marie Horgan
    Group General Counsel

    Biografia

    Anne-Marie Horgan joined as Group General Counsel in April 2016. She has almost 20 years of legal experience within the information services sectors and specialises in data protection and compliance matters having gained extensive experience across multiple jurisdictions. Immediately prior to arriving at ITWP, Anne-Marie was Associate General Counsel at GfK, responsible for all legal and compliance matters in UK, Ireland and Nordics and Baltics regions. Anne-Marie holds a law degree from the University of Hertfordshire and is admitted to the roll of Solicitors in England and Wales.

    Biografia

    Mark ha assunto il ruolo di Managing Director in Toluna Nord America nel 2013 apportando 8 anni di esperienza e di successo maturati nel suo precedente incarico di Managing Director presso Toluna UK. Mark é anche Managing Director Toluna Digital. Oltre a gestire l'attività nel Regno Unito, Mark è stato anche alla testa della Global Technology Practice di Toluna. Le responsabilità del gruppo includono le soluzioni di community d'impresa (PanelPortal, Toluna Analytics) attraverso strumenti di ricerca self-service per i mercati di massa quali QuickSurveys. Prima di entrare in Toluna come membro fondatore dell'attività in Regno Unito nel 2005, Mark ha lavorato per Greenfield Online, azienda pioniere della ricerca internet (e successivamente acquisita da Toluna nel 2009).
    Prima di unirsi alla rivoluzione della ricerca di mercato online, si è occupato per 8 anni di progettazione di dati e marketing diretto. Mark è laureato in Economia e in Francese presso la Southampton University, Inghilterra.

Before joining Toluna, I lead divisions at United Business Media in Hong Kong and Haymarket in London.

    Biografia

    Ludovic Milet é entrato Toluna nel 2015 come Managing Director APAC, portando più di 20 anni di esperienza nel settore delle ricerche di mercato nel settore. Con sede a Hong Kong, Ludo è responsabile della strategia di Toluna in tutta la regione Asia-Pacifico.

     Prima di Toluna, Ludo ha ricoperto posizioni manageriali presso la prima agenzia di ricerche di mercato, GMI, dove è stato responsabile della strategia in tutta la regione Asia-Pacifico, così come Business Group Director di Retail and Technology Division di GfK (ora chiamata Consumer Choice), che fornisce servizi a imprese blue chip, da elettronica di consumo ed elettrodomestici industrie, in Europa e Asia Pacifico. Ludo ha conseguito un Master in Marketing e Corporate Finance di Sciences Po a Parigi, Francia.

  • Julie Paul
    Senior Vice President, Digital Services

    Biografia

    Julie Paul is a strategic leader with a proven track record of success in online custom and access panel research and global operations management.  She has been responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and launching multimillion-dollar revenue centers and expanding market foothold to create industry leaders. 

    Her early career, post university, began in product management at McIntyre & Dodd Marketing, a direct response marketing company.  Julie also held marketing and product management positions within the Credit Union system, working at Westminster Savings and Envision Credit Union.  Julie’s contributions spanned comprehensive market research/analysis to full cycle product management, from concept through release.

    By 1997, Julie joined Ipsos Reid as a Senior Research Manager, overseeing a ~$1M annual business.  This involved working as key point of contact for clients through needs analysis, delivering recommendations, defining research goals and methodology, and overseeing delivery of findings.

    Julie joins Toluna as Senior Vice President, Online Communities after leading the vision, planning, and launch of the Interactive Custom Panel Division for Ipsos North America, managing the business through tremendous growth over several years.  Julie holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Human Resources from McGill University and a College Diploma in Commerce.

    Phil Ahad, Senior Vice President of Digital Products is responsible for leading the vision, development and strategy for Toluna’s suite of digital market research products.  He is passionate about identifying first look technology and trends that innovate companies, industries and business concepts.  Phil has a broad range of experience in digital product leadership and marketing focusing on automation and disruption across all industry types.  He has held senior leadership roles from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. 

     

    Under his leadership, Toluna’s digital products have been the fastest growing products in the market research industry and has established Toluna as the top organization for end-to-end market research technology and innovation.   

     

    Phil holds degrees in Decisions Science and Management Information Systems from George Mason University School of Business.

  • Marco Gastaut
    Managing Director South Europe & Latam

    Biografia

    A marzo 2008 viene affidata a Marco la direzione commerciale di Toluna Italia. Questa nuova sfida professionale favorisce un’ulteriore specializzazione nel mondo delle ricerche online e consente l’opportunitá di introdurre al mercato italiano strumenti innovativi e rivoluzionari per la raccolta dati online. Ad oggi il parco clienti di Toluna Italia annovera tutti i principali istitui associati Assirm con un focus nella ricerche online. Toluna ha raggiunto in Italia una posizione di leadership nell’ambito del reclutamento di campioni online e fornitura di soluzioni tecnologiche per la creazione di web community con finalitá di ricerca.
    A giugno 2009 Marco viene promosso come Sales Director South Europe, con l’obiettivo di sviluppare il mercato spagnolo parallelamente al consolidamento del mercato italiano.

    A novembre 2014 Marco viene promosso Managing Director con responsabilita' di P&L. Obiettivo primario della missione Toluna e' favorire gli investimenti nelle ricerche di mercato in automazione, tecnologia e innovazione per accelerare il processo di generazione di Consumer Insight.

    Nel gennaio 2016 Marco ha esteso le proprie responsabilità di MD al Sud America e ha supervisionato l'apertura dell' HQ di Toluna per il Latam, in San Paolo - Brasile. Toluna mira a diventare una forza dirompente nel settore delle ricerche di mercato in Latam e affermare la sua leadership in questa regione molto strategica.

  • Nader Kobeissi
    General Manager of Toluna MENA

    Biografia

    Nader Kobeissi is General Manager of Toluna MENA.  Nader Kobeissi comes to Toluna most recently after working as the Managing Director of OnDevice in MENA.  Nader has a longstanding career in the market research industry, with positions held at IPSOS, as Regional Director, Interactive Services MENA after working for Toluna in 2000.  The Dubai office will be the regional hub for Toluna’s MENA business.
