Often corporations had a specific respondent group that they need to access over time, with distinct characteristics. In situations where quick feedback is needed, Toluna provides two unique solutions. Omnibus offerings provide data from an Internet or Census based audience. Companies can create their own questionnaires, and generate consumer insights within minutes with the touch of a button.

Create a branded online community of your specific clients for easy access, and the ability to ‘listen’ to valuable on-site chatter. Further, Toluna provides a comprehensive solution that can be coupled with a full-service market research partner, or used alone as a Saas tool.
Panel Management and Survey Scripting – AutomateSurvey™
Use AutomateSurvey to script surveys in-house. AutomateSurvey is extremely easy-to-use, and enables non-programmers to quickly and easily execute surveys (even with enhanced features like Flash questions and Card Sorts). AutomateSurvey provides a very powerful database management and sampling engine – respondents can be extremely well profiled, and profiling attributes can be added in real-time. AutomateSurvey provides companies with a Seas option for online survey programming and panel management.
Media Measurement – BrandSpector™
Toluna has partnered with nurago, a leading provider of online research solutions, to create BrandSpector™, a unique media measurement and survey product. In contrast to approaches that require pre and post methodologies, pop-up invitations, expensive re-creation BrandSpector is a panel of cookied Toluna panelists. As panelists are exposed to campaigns that are being tested, their demographic data is used to ensure the accuracy of media spend. These respondents can also be targeted for follow-up surveys to test ad effectiveness.
IVR and Mobile Surveys
Toluna continues to look to new ways of engaging survey respondents. Interactive Voice Response (IVR) enables clients to provide location visitors, or product purchasers, with the ability to complete a follow-up survey by calling a toll free phone number, or a unique url. These surveys are available on-demand, and can be completed at the respondents’ leisure, on the go, no matter where they are.
