Toluna supports all industry-wide data quality initiatives and is a licensed TrueSample® sample source.
Toluna gives you access to a pre-identified, pre-screened and highly-qualified pool of global physicians, medical professionals and more! Toluna’s relationship with the AMA helps to ensure that only qualified panelists participate. Our US physicians are AMA member validated when they first join, and again each time they attempt to take a survey. For our proprietary healthcare professionals panels in the UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain, we collect web urls and phone numbers for the physician’s practice to validate.
We are members of CASRO, EphMRA, PMRG, PBIRG and many other market research industry associations committed to innovating data quality. The Toluna Healthcare Practice is MRA-audited, Greenbook Health certified, and members of the Trust Alliance.
Toluna’s data quality process ensures all panelists are Real, Validated, De-Duplicated, Engaged, and Representative. All Toluna panelists are double-opted in upon enrollment, all respondents are GeoIP and postal code validated, and complete a CAPTCHA confirmation process. Respondents are further validated using the TrueSample™ validation process, which compares an individual’s name and address with third-party sources, including PAF, telephone directories, etc. Respondents can’t enroll in the Toluna community, or take a survey more than once, fraudulently or accidentally. Toluna offers a variety of methods to ensure reliability, representativeness and repeatability including SmartSelect™.
