Have members clearly opted in? If so was this double opt-in?- All panellists have completed a double opt-in process. The user completes a registration form, at the end of which they must opt-in to indicate that they accept our Terms and Conditions, specifically making them aware that they will be expected to answer online surveys. Then they click to validate the form.
