Toluna has invested in improving our panellists’ online experience in order to insulate our clients from ever decreasing response rates in the online research industry.
The sheer volume of online surveys being undertaken means panels must innovate and provide a unique value to stimulate panellist engagement and ultimately response to a survey invite.
We believe response rates to surveys are directly linked to panellist engagement and that monetary rewards cannot be the sole basis of the panel - panellist relationship.
Unlike other panels our members do not visit our communities for mere financial reward alone.

The Web 2.0 Panel Community
Toluna has launched the world’s 1st Web 2.0 panel community (www.toluna.com). Here our panellists are able to create their own research. Our panel community members can create their own polls for the community to answer and see live demographic results on each question / poll created.
Members are also enabled to create qualitative debates and see the responses of each community member, personal profile and history. Responses to polls and debates are running in their tens of thousands a week in the UK alone. Members can...
