Branded communities are more popular in 2015 than they have ever been. Companies from Sony, to Sephora use communities to stay-in-touch with their customers and improve their decision-making. In fact, in the 2014 Greenbook Grit report, 56% of respondents report using, and 26% report considering branded community approaches in 2015.
