Senior Analyst, TQS

Major Purpose of the Position:

 

Toluna is seeking a senior analytics professional to work in our Wilton, CT office with a strong analytics background to provide leadership on effective digital marketing tactics, customer acquisition, key performance indicators and site best practices.  The position will report to the VP, Toluna QuickSurveys and will work cross-functionally with corporate marketing departments, R&D, creative/design teams and business development to ensure product and company objectives are met. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth analysis of digital traffic for Web, mobile, and social channels to make recommendations for improvements in sales, acquisition and engagement strategies, remarketing tactics and customer experience
  • Implement best practices and lead A/B and multivariate testing plans for site design, functionality enhancements and the impact of promotions across channels
  • Develop conversion attribution model for all digital campaigns 
  • Develop and distribute daily/weekly/monthly and ad hoc reporting that provides visual representations of trended results vs. forecast and historical data. Build reporting dashboards for internal stakeholders
  • Extract, analyze, manipulate, and synthesize data from a variety of sources to measure and report on online and offline customer behavior
  • Assist in the analysis, tracking, development and managing of paid search, display, SEO, email marketing and other digital media campaigns
  • Analyze, develop and manage registration and purchase process funnels
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or Mathematics
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with 2 years experience in a large ecommerce environment
  • 2+ years of experience analyze large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets, interacting with relational tables and working with web analytics tools such as Omniture, WebTrends, Coremetrics, Google Analytics or others
  • 2+ years experience working with SQL, SAS and/or SPSS
  • Analytical knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:  internet marketing, multi-channel B2B and/or B2C marketing, web analytics (including A/B testing) and media mix modeling & optimization
  • Strong ability to translate and communicate complex statistics and metrics into understandable reports for senior level executives
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented with a passion for digging into data to identify key trends, results and critical outcomes required
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
